We are a full service advertising and sign graphics company specializing in all types of promotional products and printing. We manufacture decals and stickers in any size and quantity, from one color to multicolor, to full color digital graphics. Decals and stickers for vehicle wraps, auto lettering, car wraps, boat registration numbers, airplane registration numbers, truck magnets, trailer graphics, wall murals, floor graphics, window lettering, and billboard faces ready to install − just to name a few! We make decals and stickers for outdoor durable application with adhesive backed vinyl. We also manufacture custom vinyl banners in cut vinyl or digital prints in full color, any size and quantity.

‘In-House’ Design Capability

Premier Digital Printing boasts a fabulous ‘in-house’ design team which is capable of making even a relatively simple sign or design look interesting and be highly effective.

As most of our completed works will involve output to computer-controlled devices (such as wide format digital printing, CNC routing or vinyl cutting), our design team’s creative flair is coupled with the latest in computer-based graphic design software, and input from our clients, to consistently produce outstanding results with high levels of client satisfaction.

Through our extensive range of design software we are able to import most file formats used in the graphic art and sign industries and can create and edit both vector-based artwork and bitmap images to the highest standard.

With design software on four separate workstations, we can convert preliminary sign concepts into ‘output quality’ artwork within the tightest of timeframes.

‘In-House’ Production Capability

Premier Digital Printing has extensive ‘in-house’ manufacturing capability incorporating the following equipment and facilities:

CNC (computer-controlled) flat-bed router which profile-cuts; 2D and 3D engraves; and 3D sculpts a broad range of materials including timber, plastics, polystyrene foam, expanded PVC, aluminium and steel;
Aluminium and steel welding & fabrication equipment;
Large, fully enclosed, filtered-air spray booth;
Two Wide format full-colour solvent (outdoor) ink high-resolution printer; and
Two adhesive-vinyl cutters.

With the aid of this extensive range of production equipment we can manufacture most signs ‘in-house’, which ensures the highest standard of quality control and the shortest production lead times.

Installation Services

Premier Digital Printing supplements its own installation team with the use of sub-contracted sign installation specialists for very large or specialised projects. Our strong project management capability ensures that the most complicated and difficult installation projects are completed on time, safely and without mishaps.

Commitment to Safe Work Practices

Premier Digital Printing is committed to ensuring it provides a safe work environment for its employees, and that employees adopt safe work practices at clients’ sites.

All Premier Digital Printing employees attending a construction site will hold current certification for Occupational Health & Safety in the Construction Industry (‘Blue Cards’).

Premier Digital printing has also developed a computerised Occupational Health & Safety system which assists management in producing compr-ehensive Safe Work Methods Statements for sign projects, and automatically flags when compliance certification tags on electrical leads and equipment is about to expire.
